Antv – Piala Presiden Esports 2022 Mobile Legends masuk ke babak Group Stage. Sebanyak 12 tim tengah bersaing untuk lanjut ke Main Event. Yang nantinya hanya akan ada empat tim yang dapat lolos ke babak berikutnya.
Dari ke 12 tim yang sudah lolos grup stage, masih di dominasi oleh nama-nama besar seperti RRQ, EVOS, GEEK FAM, dan BIGETRON. Dari ke 12 tim ini sudah di bagi menjadi 2 grup, yaitu grup A dan B.
Untuk Grup A sendiri diisi oleh Evos Legends, Geek Fam, Bigetron Alpha, Bigetron Beta, Warehouse 3AM, dan RRQ Sena.
Sedangkan untuk Grup B dihuni oleh Rebellion Zion, Alter Ego, RRQ Hoshi, CO2Z, Tiger Wong Esports, dan Evos Icon.
Pertandingan di Grup Stage ini sendiri dimulai dari tanggal 26-30 Oktober 2022, pertandingan pertama dimulai dengan laga antara Evos Legend melawan RRQ Sena, dimana sang macan putih dapat menang dengan skor menjanjikan 2-0 langsung.
Di match kedua pertandingan juga tak kalah seru antar tim Geek Fam melawan Warehouse 3AM, walaupun tak mudah mengalahkan Warehouse 3AM, namun tim yang bermain di MPL ID, Geek Fam dapat menang dengan skor 2-0.
Di match ketiga mempertemukan dua saudara yaitu Bigetron Alpha vs Bigetron Beta, pertandingan yang cukup sengit dan seru mereka berdua tampilkan, namun hasil akhir mereka berdua harus rela berbagi point 1-1.
